Please be sure to read the following information regarding our store policies.


Payment is required at time of purchase and before any custom items are made.


All orders are typically ready to ship in 1-2 weeks. Order items are shipping from Virginia Beach, Va 23451.

We ship through USPS and use priority rate & flat rate shipping to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Multiple items can usually fit in the same box. We try our best to keep our shipping time under 10 business days. If you would like another shipping method or need faster shipping, please contact us BEFORE your purchase and we will bill the extra charge through PayPal.

Once your item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for how the post office treats it. We wrap your items to the best of our ability to prevent any damage while keeping the shipping costs to a minimum for you. If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately for instructions so you can receive a replacement.

Custom orders make take longer. If you need an item quicker, please contact us BEFORE you make your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your needs (possibly with a rush fee). Otherwise, your product will be sent to to you based on our standard turnaround times.

Upon request, we also will gladly ship gift orders to a different address and enclose a gift tag with a message from the buyer.

Rush Fees

Please contact us BEFORE you purchase an item if you need an item sooner than our standard turnaround time. If you fail to contact us prior, we cannot guarantee faster service. Rush fees will depend on the size of your item and how quickly you need it. We will gladly work with you and let you know any additional charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our items we do not issue refunds once your item is shipped. Please contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if I feel it is in the best interest of both parties.


WE ARE HUMAN and sometimes mistakes do happen, please let us know ASAP if there is a problem with your order and we will do our best to correct it. We cannot send you a new item unless there is communication between us that states otherwise and I receive the initial order items back from you. If your item can be corrected, that will happen before a replacement is sent.


Please make sure that all of your personalization information is complete and correct at check out time. If information is missing and we have to contact you it could delay your order. Please be aware that if we need additional information or clarification that we will contact you via email.
