Dreaming about what might be possible, clarifying an individual’s and a Dental Practice’s values, creating a realistic vision for the future, and establishing achievable goals is the essence of Strategic Planning. After establishing a dynamic plan for a preferred future, business systems can then be analyzed or created, budgets established, and goals and priorities can be set. Then intensive training and monitoring of those systems occur. It is our Value that this sequence is the proper protocol for growth or problem solving in any business or organization. Hundreds of successful Dental Practices including ours for 34 years have proven this to be true.
We believe our clients are working to have the kind of personal life that is financially secure and enjoyable. An efficient dental practice is a means to fulfilling these goals. Most practitioners spend more hours in their office with patients and staff than they do at home, therefore, it should be a time of low stress and high productivity.
We seek to help our clients be the best they can be and for their offices to function smoothly, ethically, and with minimal stress. We can help develop systems for any scenario consistent with your values and demographics to accomplish the goals set forth. We believe very strongly – “It is less important how many patients you see, how many teeth you restore, or how much money you make. The important key is WHO YOU BECOME.” As you grow as an individual- leadership qualities, decreased stress, efficient systems, profitability, appreciative patients, personal fulfillment, and a congenial team will follow.

How you are known by your community is the sum total of all the experiences each patient encounters with your practice. The most important factor is customer service – that is why we place so much emphasis on that aspect of all systems. Other branding experiences include referral verbiage, genuine care and concern shown to each patient and your external marketing. We would be honored to help you build a life-long Brand of which you can be proud and prosper.
Leading a dental team, family, or organization is not about giving directions or organizing meetings. Great leadership is the result of developing and articulating a Vision for the future and continually sharing that Vision with staff, patients and others in your actions, words, and empowerment of others to develop business systems that are congruent with that Vision. Leading with purpose is our goal for our consulting clients.
