Then intensive training and monitoring of those systems occur. It is our Value that this sequence is the proper protocol for growth or problem solving in any business or organization. Diane Bernstein

After 13 years in Radiology Healthcare Administration, Diane joined Germantown Dental Group as Practice Administrator overseeing 4 doctors and a staff of 20. She now fills the role of Patient Coordinator with her husband, Mickey Bernstein, for a total of 17 years in Dentistry. Diane has presented seminars on the role of the Patient Coordinator and Building the Cosmetic Dental Practice. She is highly skilled in Communications, Team Training, and Practice Strategy. She is excited to share her skills and knowledge with other dental professionals. Diane lives in Eads, TN and has 7 children and 9 grandchildren.

Mickey Bernstein, DDS

For 34 years, Mickey Bernstein has practiced cosmetic dentistry in Germantown, Tennessee. He maintains a personal philosophy that people deserve to look their best and have a positive self image. He is a volunteer helping restore the smiles of survivors of domestic abuse through the Give Back a Smile Program.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Dr. Bernstein has been awarded Accredited Member status by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and served as its President for 2008 – 2009. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and an Alumnus of the L D Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education.

He is a co-founder and Past President of the Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a Past President of the Memphis Dental Study Club, and a Past President of the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce. He lectures nationally on Cosmetic Design, Internet Marketing, and Practice Development.

Dr. Bernstein has formal training in Strategic Planning and Budget Planning for businesses. His new passion is to help Doctors and Groups achieve their goals by sharing the wealth of knowledge he has gained through his personal and organizational experiences.
